Key Creative Guidelines
- Banner should be encased in a 1 pixel black border and distinct from the content on the page.
- All non user-initiated animation should stop after 15 seconds.
- If Flash is being used then the initial file should be a maximum of 50kb, with any additional files being loaded in to the initial files. The additional files should be no more than 300kb.
