Victoria Garden City
Victoria Garden City (VGC) is one of the first gated community within the Lekki area, and it was developed in the ’90s.
It is a highbrow residential neighbourhood located along the Lekki-Epe expressway. It’s land area is approximately 213 hectares and it sits beside the Lagos lagoon.
The estate has reserved commercial areas separated from the residential area. The residential area is made up of serene boulevards. The estate has a secure gated entrance & exit. Visitors have a designated entrance and they are only allowed in when they’ve obtained a visitor’s tag at the estate’s welcome centre upon confirmation from the resident they are coming to visit, and security checks are carried out on vehicles.
It is a good place for high income earners who want to live in comfort, serenity and safety buildings. Within the estate are parks and playground with enough space for children to express themselves.
A 5 bedroom detached duplex within the VGC estate would cost around N200 million to N300 million Naira or if you’re going to rent a 5 bedroom here…. the cost is around N5 million naira to N6 million naira
